Overview
IMT-Tensile 01 material Tensile strength tester (horizontal high precision model) is a professional instrument used to detect paper Tensile Strength, elongation, fracture length, Tensile Energy Absorption, Tensile Energy Absorption Index, Tensile Energy Absorption Index and other performance.
Features
1. Force resolution up to 1/100000, force value Precision +/- 0.1% (20~ 100% FS), Indication Error ≤ +/- 0.5%.
2. Data analysis sampling Frequency 400 times/second, Displacement resolution ≤ 0.01mm, Force resolution 0.01N.
3. Adopt pneumatic automatic clamping method, the clamping pressure can be adjusted from 0.2 to 0.7Mpa, and it comes with pneumatic fixture and test button.
4. The sample size can be adjusted from 1 to 25mm, with a tensile speed of 1 to 500mm/min and a return speed of 1 to 500mm/min.
5. Equipped with rapid sensing protection device PROTEC SYSTEM, using Taiwan single-column structure precision ball screw.
6.7.0-Inch Touchscreen operating platform, supports switching between Chinese and English, and has a built-in modular integrated thermal printer.
Principle
The instrument holds the specimen by pneumatic fixture, stretches the specimen in infinitely variable speed mode, collects force value and displacement data in real time, and calculates parameters such as anti-tension, Tensile Strength, and elongation.

Steps
1. Connect the external air source and adjust the clamping pressure to 0.2-0.7Mpa.
2. Adjust the sample size positioning (1-25mm) according to the test requirements.
3. Place the specimen in the pneumatic fixture and use the test button on the fixture to hold the specimen.
4. Set the stretching speed (1~ 500mm/min) and test parameters on the 7.0-inch Touchscreen.
5. Start the test, the instrument automatically completes the stretching and data collection.
6. After the test is completed, output the results through the built-in thermal printer.
Notice
• An external air source is required to ensure the normal pneumatic clamping function.
• The clamping pressure should be adjusted within the range of 0.2 to 0.7 MPa.
The sample size should be controlled within the range of 1-25mm.
• Make sure that the rapid sensor protection device PROTEC SYSTEM works normally before operation.
• The instrument weighs about 50kg and needs to be firmly placed.
