Principle
The muffle furnace is heated on three sides through a special nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy heating wire (OCr27AL7Mo2) to provide a heat source for the furnace. The furnace is made of vacuum-formed polycrystalline mullite fiber material for effective heat preservation. The temperature control is monitored in real time by the K-type Thermocouple, and the signal is transmitted to the microcomputer PID temperature controller. The temperature controller precisely adjusts the Heating power through the PID algorithm according to the setting program or fixed value, so as to realize accurate temperature control and program operation.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Set the target temperature or select the program operation mode by tapping the 7-inch color Touchscreen.
3. Set the timing time (0 to 999.9 hours).
4. Start the equipment to start heating operation.
5. Linear dispersion can be observed in real time through Touchscreen during operation.
6. When the operation is completed or it needs to be operated halfway, the power will be automatically cut off when the furnace door is opened.
7. Run data can be exported using a U disk.
8. After use, turn off the power.
Notice
* Operating temperature is 1200 ℃, do not use over temperature.
