Overview
TAISITE MFLC-18/13D ceramic muffle furnace is a high temperature heating equipment with a maximum temperature of 1300 ° C. It adopts an all-in-one lightweight and compact design. It is equipped with a High Accuracy microcomputer temperature controller and an S-type Thermocouple, with temperature control accuracy of +/- 1 ° C. The furnace uses vacuum formed polycrystalline mullite fiber, which has good thermal insulation effect, and has an exhaust device to facilitate operation such as ashing.

Principle
The device uses a microcomputer PID Control mode to monitor the temperature in the furnace in real time through an S-type Thermocouple Sensor and feed the signal back to the temperature controller. The temperature controller precisely adjusts the Power output of the silicon carbide heating element according to the deviation of the set temperature and the measured temperature, so as to achieve fast and stable temperature control. Its polycrystalline mullite fiber furnace and double shell air insulation structure effectively reduce heat loss and ensure high temperature uniformity and thermal insulation inside the furnace.

Steps
1. Connect the AC380V power supply to ensure good grounding.
2. Open the furnace door and place the sample to be processed.
3. Close the furnace door and the device will automatically power on.
4. Set the target temperature and timing time (0 to 999.9 hours) by tapping the five buttons.
5. Start the equipment and start the heating operation.
6. After the operation, wait for the furnace temperature to chill down naturally or operate according to safety procedures.
7. Before opening the furnace door, confirm that the power has been cut off or is in a safe state, and take out the sample.
Notice
Equipment must be reliably grounded and installed and operated by professionals.
• When the furnace body is working and just after the work, the surface may be high temperature, do not touch, beware of burns.
• The device will automatically power off when opening the door. There will be a delay in power back after closing. Please do not force the operation.
• Do not heat flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosive gases in the furnace.
• Please ensure that the exhaust hole is unobstructed when using.
• Regularly check whether safety devices such as overcurrent and leakage protection switches are normal.
• Before moving or cleaning equipment, be sure to turn off the power and wait for it to chill down completely.
• The set temperature must not exceed the maximum operating temperature of 1300 ° C.
