Overview
TAISITE MFLC-18/13P ceramic muffle furnace is a program type high temperature furnace with integrated lightweight and compact design. Its maximum Operating temperature can reach 1300 ℃, furnace volume is 18L, using silicon carbon rod heating element and polycrystalline mullite fiber furnace, combined with microcomputer PID control and S-type Thermocouple, to achieve High Accuracy temperature control.

Principle
The muffle furnace generates heat through a silicon carbide heating element, and the heat is evenly distributed in the furnace composed of polycrystalline mullite fibers. The temperature control is monitored in real time by the S-type Thermocouple, and the signal is fed back to the microcomputer PID temperature controller. The temperature controller precisely adjusts the Heating power according to the setting program or fixed value, so as to achieve a fast and stable heating and thermostatic process.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the requirements of AC380V.
2. Set the target temperature or select the preset program by tapping the five buttons.
3. Set the timing time as required (0 to 999.9 hours).
4. Start the operation, the equipment will be heating according to the set program or set value.
5. Temperature and status can be monitored through a dual-line LED display during operation.
6. After use, turn off the power according to the procedures.
Notice
Equipment needs to be operated by professionals and grounded properly.
• Check whether the Power supply voltage matches (AC380V/12.2A) before power on.
• When the furnace door is opened, the power will be automatically cut off. There will be a delay in the return of power after closing. Please do not force the operation.
• During high temperature operation and just after the end, there may still be residual temperature on the surface of the furnace body, please do not touch it, and beware of burns.
• Do not heat flammable, explosive or toxic gases in the furnace.
• Regularly check whether the exhaust hole is unobstructed.
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, drying, non-corrosive gas environment.
Before moving or maintaining equipment, be sure to cut off the power supply.
• If there is overcurrent or leakage, the protection switch will act, and the fault needs to be checked before it can be used again.
