TAISITE MFLC-18/13T ceramic muffle furnace is a high temperature heating equipment with integrated lightweight and compact design. Principle
The muffle furnace precisely controls the power output of the silicon carbide heating element according to the set temperature program or fixed value through the microcomputer PID Control system. The S-type Thermocouple monitors the furnace temperature in real time and feeds it back to the thermostat, and the thermostat adjusts the Heating power through PID operation to achieve fast and accurate heating and thermostatic control.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC380V).
2. Set the temperature program or set the operating parameters through the 7-inch color Touchscreen.
3. Set the timing time (0 to 999.9 hours).
4. Start running, and the equipment starts heating according to the set program.
5. Linear dispersion can be observed in real time through Touchscreen during operation.
6. After the experiment is completed, the data can be exported to the USB flash drive.
7. Turn off the power.
Notice
• The device needs to use an AC380V power supply with a rated current of 12.2A.
• During operation, pay attention to the automatic power failure when the furnace door is opened. After closing, there is a delay in restarting to ensure safety.
• Although the surface of the furnace body is designed for heat insulation, there is still a high temperature during work and just after the end, please do not touch it.
• Pay attention to ventilating when using the exhaust device.
Do not exceed the maximum operating temperature of 1300 ° C.
• The equipment is heavy (Net weight 80kg), so pay attention when moving and installing.
• Regularly perform temperature correction to ensure temperature control accuracy.
• The equipment is equipped with an overcurrent leakage protection switch. If it trips, please check the reason.
