Overview
TAISITE MFLC-12/14P ceramic muffle furnace is a high temperature heating equipment with a maximum operating temperature of 1400 ° C. It adopts an all-in-one lightweight and compact design. The furnace is made of vacuum formed polycrystalline mullite fiber, which has good thermal insulation effect. It is equipped with a High Accuracy Microcomputer PID Control system to ensure accurate temperature control.

Principle
The muffle furnace generates heat through the silicon carbide heating element to heat the inside of the furnace. The furnace is made of polycrystalline mullite fiber, which has good thermal insulation performance. The temperature control is completed by the microcomputer PID controller, which receives the real-time furnace temperature signal detected by the S-type Thermocouple, compares and calculates with the set value, and adjusts the Heating power output to achieve accurate and stable control of the temperature in the furnace.

Steps
1. Connect the AC380V power supply.
2. Set parameters such as temperature and time by tapping the button or Touchscreen.
3. Select the fixed-value operation or program operation mode.
4. Start the equipment to start heating operation.
5. After the operation, wait until the temperature in the furnace drops to a safe range before opening the furnace door.
Notice
The power supply of the equipment is AC380V, and it is necessary to ensure that the power supply meets the requirements.
Although the surface of the furnace body is designed for heat insulation, it still has a high temperature during operation and just after completion. Please do not touch it to prevent burns.
* The device will automatically power off when opening the door, and there will be a delay in power back after closing the door. Please do not force the operation.
Do not operate beyond the maximum operating temperature of the device (1400 ° C).
