Principle
The muffle furnace generates heat through the silicon carbon rod heating element, adopts microcomputer PID control technology, combines S-type Thermocouple Sensor to accurately detect the temperature in the furnace, and precisely adjusts it through the temperature controller to achieve the set temperature Linear dispersion. The furnace adopts polycrystalline mullite fiber material and cooperates with the double shell air insulation design to effectively reduce heat loss and ensure uniform and stable temperature in the furnace.

Steps
1. Connect the AC380V power supply.
2. Set the temperature program or set the temperature through the 7-inch color Touchscreen.
3. Start the equipment to start heating.
4. Linear dispersion of real-time temperature can be observed through the screen during the heating process.
5. After the experiment, wait for the furnace body to chill down.
6. The running data can be exported through the U disk.
