Overview
The TAISITE MFLC-12/16D ceramic muffle furnace is a laboratory high temperature equipment with a maximum temperature of 1600 ° C. It is an all-in-one lightweight and compact design, equipped with a vacuum-formed polycrystalline mullite fiber furnace and silicon molybdenum rod heating elements, combined with a High Accuracy microcomputer PID temperature controller and S-type Thermocouple to achieve precise temperature control of +/- 1 ° C.

Principle
The muffle furnace precisely adjusts the Power output of the heating element of the silicon molybdenum rod through the microcomputer PID Control system. The S-type Thermocouple monitors the temperature in the furnace in real time and feeds back the signal to the temperature controller. The temperature controller calculates the control amount through the PID algorithm according to the deviation of the set temperature and the measured temperature, so as to achieve fast, stable and accurate control of the furnace temperature, ensuring that the temperature accuracy reaches +/- 1 ° C.

Steps
1. Connect the AC380V power supply.
2. Set the target temperature and time by tapping the five buttons to set the digital display.
3. Start the device and start heating up.
4. The equipment works according to the setting program (running at a fixed value).
5. After the work, wait for the furnace body to chill down and then open the furnace door to take out the sample.
Notice
• The device needs to use AC380V power supply, please make sure the power supply matches.
• When opening the door, the device will automatically power off, and there will be a delay in power back. Please pay attention to safety.
• There may still be residual temperature on the surface of the furnace body, and protective equipment needs to be worn during operation.
Do not make unnecessary parameter modifications or open the furnace door while the equipment is running.
• Regularly check whether safety devices such as overcurrent and leakage protection switches are normal.
