TAISITE MFLC-20/16P ceramic muffle furnace is a high temperature heating equipment with a maximum temperature of 1600 ° C, with an integrated lightweight and compact design. Principle
The muffle furnace generates heat through a silicon molybdenum rod heating element, and the heat is transferred and kept warm in the furnace composed of polycrystalline mullite fibers. The temperature control is completed by a microcomputer PID controller, which receives the actual temperature signal in the furnace detected by the S-type Thermocouple, compares and PID calculations with the target temperature set by the user, and then precisely adjusts the Heating power to achieve a fast and stable heating and thermostatic process.

Steps
1. Connect the AC380V power supply.
2. Use the touch button or the corresponding setting method to set the target temperature, program Linear dispersion (if applicable) and timing time.
3. Start the equipment to start heating operation.
4. During operation, real-time temperature and status can be monitored through dual-row LED or color LCD screens (depending on the model).
5. After the program runs or reaches the scheduled time, the equipment stops heating.
6. After the furnace temperature has dropped to a safe range, the sample can be removed by opening the furnace door.
Notice
• The device needs to use AC380V power supply, please ensure that the power supply meets the requirements.
• When opening the door, the device will automatically power off. There will be a delay in repowering after closing the furnace door. Please do not force the operation.
• The surface of the furnace body may still heat up during high temperature operation, please take care to avoid burns.
• Do not heat flammable, explosive or toxic gases in the furnace.
• After use, wait for the temperature in the furnace to drop sufficiently before opening the furnace door to prevent thermal Impact from damaging the furnace or causing injury.
• Regularly check whether safety devices such as overcurrent and leakage protection switches are normal.
• Device weight is large (gross weight 230kg), handling and placement should pay attention to safety.
• The exhaust pipe can be connected with the exhaust hole to discharge the gas generated during the heating process.
