Sanenchi YS3020 grating Colorimeter is a China grating Colorimeter with independent intellectual property rights. It uses a variety of Illuminants, is equipped with a single 4mm measurement aperture, supports USB and Bluetooth 4.0 dual-mode communication, and has High Accuracy and Standard Storage capacity. The instrument is suitable for laboratory Color accurate analysis and transmission, can accurately measure the SCI and SCE reflectance data of samples and fluorescent samples, and accurately measure and express various Color difference formulas and Color indices in various Color spaces.

Principle
The instrument adopts a D/8 (diffuse illumination, 8 ° direction reception) geometrical optics structure and uses a combined LED Illuminant to illuminate the sample. After the ray of light is reflected by the sample, it is splitted through a concave grating and received by a 256-pixel dual-array CMOS image sensor to obtain the Light spectrum reflectance data of the sample in the 400~ 700nm Wavelength range. The instrument can calculate and output the color data in SCI (including specular reflection) and SCE (excluding specular reflection) modes simultaneously.

Steps
1. Turn on and calibrate the instrument.
2. Align the measurement aperture with the sample to be tested through the camera viewfinder positioning.
3. Select the desired Measurement mode (e.g. single measurement or average measurement).
4. Select Available Light Sources and Viewing Angle.
5. Trigger the measurement, and the instrument will display the result after about 1.0 seconds (about 2.6 seconds for the simultaneous test of SCI/SCE).
6. View and analyze Light spectrum, chromatic value, color difference and other data.
7, The measurement Data storage or via USB/Bluetooth to the PC software for further processing.
Notice
* Please use the instrument under the conditions of operating Ambient Temperature 0~ 40 ℃, relative humidity 0~ 85% (no condensation), and altitude below 2000m.
* Instrument Storage Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, relative humidity 0~ 85% (no condensation).
* When measuring, ensure that the measurement diameter is closely attached to the surface of the sample to avoid light leakage affecting the measurement results.
Periodically calibrated with a standard whiteboard to ensure measurement accuracy.
* Instrument Illuminant life is 5 years or more than 3 million measurements, please pay attention to the use of Frequency.
* The instrument battery can support about 5000 measurements in 8 hours, please pay attention to timely charging.
Avoid severe vibration or impact on the instrument.
* When cleaning the instrument, please use a soft dry cloth to wipe and avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
* For critical applications such as Color transfer or color scheme, it is recommended to refer to the accuracy indicators such as chromatic value Repeatability and inter-stage difference provided by the instrument.
