Overview
XH-V2 miniature drawing instrument is a testing instrument independently developed by Beijing Tiandi Spark Technology Development Co., Ltd., which is suitable for detecting the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors. It can also be used for Glass curtain wall. On-site pull-out force testing, it is the preferred testing instrument for various Quality control and construction units.

1. Composed of manual pump, hollow hydraulic cylinder, digital pressure gauge, high voltage hose, anchor, tie rod, adapter and portable case, the structure is complete

Principle
The XH-V2 miniature drawing instrument generates hydraulic pressure through the manual pump, drives the hollow hydraulic cylinder to work, and the digital pressure gauge displays the pulling force value in real time to realize the accurate measurement of the anti-pulling force.

Steps
1. Connect the manual pump, hydraulic cylinder and digital pressure gauge
2. Install anchors, tie rods and adapters
3. Start the equipment for pull-out resistance testing
4. Read the force value data through the digital pressure gauge
5. Use peak hold, storage, and other functions to record test results
