Overview
XH-V4 miniature drawing instrument is a testing instrument independently developed by Beijing Tiandi Spark Technology Development Co., Ltd., which is suitable for detecting the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors. It can also be used for Glass curtain wall. On-site pull-out force testing, it is the preferred testing instrument for various Quality control and construction units.
Features
1. It is composed of manual pump, hollow hydraulic cylinder, digital pressure gauge, high voltage hose with quick connector, anchor, tie rod, adapter and portable case, with complete structure.
2. The whole series of hydraulic cylinders are designed with hollow self-reset and digital display, which can directly read the force value (KN).
3. The digital pressure gauge has peak hold, storage, clearing, backlight, query and automatic shutdown functions.

Principle
The XH-V4 miniature drawing instrument provides hydraulic power through the manual pump, drives the hollow hydraulic cylinder to generate tension, acts on the anchor to detect the pull-out force, and the digital pressure gauge displays and records the force value data in real time.

Testing the pull-out resistance of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and on-site pull-out resistance testing of Glass curtain walls

Steps
1. Assemble manual pump, hydraulic cylinder, digital pressure gauge, high voltage hose, anchor and tie rod.
2. Connect the adapter and fix the anchor.
3. Operate the manual pump to apply tension and observe the reading of the digital pressure gauge.
4. Use the digital pressure gauge function for peak holding, storage, clearing, and other operations.
5. After the test is completed, disassemble the device and store it in the portable case.
