Overview
RUNJIE RJ-V4 miniature drawing instrument is suitable for detecting the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and can also be used for on-site pull-out force detection of Glass curtain walls. It is a testing instrument required by various Quality control and construction units. The instrument is composed of a manual pump, a hollow hydraulic cylinder, a digital pressure gauge, a high voltage hose with a quick connector, an anchor, a tie rod, a adapter and a portable case. It adopts a hollow self-resetting, digital integrated design and can directly read the force value (KN). It has peak holding, storage, clearing, backlight, query and automatic shutdown functions. Principle
The RJ-V4 miniature pullout instrument provides hydraulic power through the manual pump, drives the hollow hydraulic cylinder to generate tension, and acts on the anchors for pullout force detection. The digital pressure gauge displays the force value in real time, and uses High Accuracy Sensor and 5-segment polyline correction technology to ensure Measurement accuracy. At the same time, it has peak holding, Data storage and automatic reset functions to achieve efficient and accurate detection process.

Steps
1. Connect manual pump, hydraulic cylinder, digital pressure gauge and high voltage hose
2. Install anchors, tie rods and adapters to the tested anchors
3. Apply hydraulic pressure through the manual pump and observe the reading of the digital pressure gauge
4. Use the peak hold function to record the maximum force value
5. Data storage and query
6. After the test is completed, it will be cleared and automatically shut down.
