Overview
RUNJIE RJ-V3 miniature drawing instrument is suitable for detecting the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and can also be used for on-site pull-out force detection (test) of Glass curtain walls. It is a testing instrument required by various Quality control and construction units. The instrument is composed of a manual pump, a hollow hydraulic cylinder, a digital pressure gauge, a high voltage hose with a quick connector, an anchor, a tie rod, a adapter and a portable case. The whole series of hydraulic cylinders are hollow self-resetting, digital integrated design, can directly read the force value (KN), and have peak holding, storage, clearing, backlight, query and automatic shutdown functions. The technology is advanced and the operation is simple, especially suitable for laboratory and field use.

Principle
The RJ-V3 miniature drawing instrument provides hydraulic power through the manual pump, drives the hollow hydraulic cylinder to generate tension, and acts on the anchor to detect the pull-out force. The digital pressure gauge displays the force value in real time, and has functions such as peak holding and storage to ensure accurate and reliable data.
Applications
Pullout testing of anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and on-site pullout testing of Glass curtain walls (test)
Standards
GB50203-2011 "Masonry structure engineering construction mass acceptance code", JGJ145-2013 "concrete structure after anchoring technical regulations"
Steps
1. Connect manual pump, hydraulic cylinder, digital pressure gauge and high voltage hose
2. Install anchors, tie rods and adapters to the tested anchors
Step 3 Start the hand pump to apply tension
4. Read the real-time force value or peak value through the digital pressure gauge
5. Use storage and query functions to record data
6. Automatic shutdown or manual clearing after the test is completed
Notice
• Ensure that all connecting parts are fastened and reliable
• Check the sealing of the hydraulic system before operation
• Avoid overloading and prevent damage to the instrument
Periodically calibrated to maintain accuracy
• Timely backup after storing data
Use in a suitable environment to avoid extreme conditions
