Overview
RUNJIE RJ-V5 miniature drawing instrument is suitable for detecting the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and can also be used for on-site pull-out force detection (test) of Glass curtain walls. It is a testing instrument required by various Quality control and construction units. The instrument is composed of a manual pump, a hollow hydraulic cylinder, a digital pressure gauge, a high voltage hose with a quick connector, an anchor, a tie rod, a adapter and a portable case. The whole series of hydraulic cylinders are hollow self-resetting, digital integrated design, can directly read the force value (KN), and have peak holding, storage, clearing, backlight, query and automatic shutdown functions. The technology is advanced and the operation is simple, especially suitable for laboratory and field use.

Principle
The RJ-V5 miniature drawing instrument generates hydraulic pressure by driving the hollow hydraulic cylinder with a manual pump, which is applied to the anchorage. The digital pressure gauge directly reads and displays the force value (KN). Measurement accuracy is ensured by using High Accuracy Sensor and 5-segment fold line correction technology. The peak holding function can record the maximum force value. The self-return spring automatically resets the hydraulic cylinder to achieve accurate detection of the pull-out force.

Steps
1. Connect manual pump, hollow hydraulic cylinder, digital pressure gauge and high voltage hose
2. Install anchors, tie rods and adapters to the tested anchors
3. Apply pressure through the manual pump and observe the reading of the digital pressure gauge
4. Use the peak hold function to record the maximum force value
5. After the operation is completed, the hydraulic cylinder resets itself and closes the instrument
