Overview
RUNJIE RJ-V1 miniature drawing instrument is suitable for detecting the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and can also be used for on-site pull-out force detection of Glass curtain walls. It is a testing instrument required by various Quality control and construction units. The instrument is composed of a manual pump, a hollow hydraulic cylinder, a digital pressure gauge, a high voltage hose with a quick connector, an anchor, a tie rod, a adapter and a portable case. The whole series of hydraulic cylinders are hollow self-resetting, digital integrated design, can directly read the force value (KN), and have peak holding, storage, clearing, backlight, query and automatic shutdown functions. The technology is advanced and the operation is simple, especially suitable for laboratory and field use.

Principle
The miniature pullout instrument generates hydraulic pressure by driving the hollow hydraulic cylinder with a manual pump, which is applied to the anchorage. The digital pressure gauge directly reads and displays the force value (KN). Measurement accuracy is ensured by using High Accuracy Sensor and 5-segment fold line correction technology to realize pullout force detection.
Applications
Pullout testing of anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and on-site pullout testing of Glass curtain walls
Standards
GB50203-2011 "Masonry structure engineering construction mass acceptance code", JGJ145-2013 "concrete structure after anchoring technical regulations"
Steps
1. Connect the manual pump, hydraulic cylinder and digital pressure gauge
2. Install anchors, tie rods and adapters
3. Apply pressure for pull-out resistance testing
4. Read the digital display value and store the data
5. Use peak hold and query functions
Notice
• Ensure that the instrument is used within the Measurement range
• Regularly check the hydraulic system and sealing ring
• Avoid overloading operations
• Clear and shut down in time after use
• Keep the instrument clean and drying
