Principle

The Probe fixing bracket stabilizes the Probe on the surface of the workpiece by mechanical fixing, ensuring that the contact position and pressure of the Probe with the workpiece are consistent during each measurement, thereby reducing fluctuations caused by human factors. When using, it is recommended to remove the black positioning sleeve at the front end of the Probe and perform multi-point calibrating on the non-lame plating standard workpiece to further improve the measurement accuracy.

1. Adapt the Probe fixing bracket to the LS225 thickness gauge. 2. Remove the small black positioning sleeve on the front end of the Probe (for small workpiece measurement). 3.
