YT-YS05KN paper tube compression testing machine is a multi-functional and High Accuracy carton mass inspection equipment newly developed by YANTE brand, which is mainly used for the compressire strength test of all kinds of corrugated boxes. The testing machine adopts professional double screw and double guide column mechanical structure and stepper motor control. It has the characteristics of high parallelism, good stability and high Measurement accuracy. It has the functions of standard parameter testing, display, memory, statistics and printing.

Principle
The testing machine adopts the mechanical structure of double screw and double guide column and the control of stepping motor, and realizes the smooth lifting and lowering of the pressure plate through the precision transmission system. In the strength test, the maximum pressure resistance and crushing deformation of the sample are measured; Ring Crush Test is detected by setting Basis Weight and pressure difference parameters; Stacking test is monitored and maintained by the system in real time, and the measurement is completed after the set test time is reached.

Steps
1. Strength test: placing the sample, measurement of maximum pressure resistance and crushing deformation

3. Stacking test: Set the compressive strength and test time parameters, and the system automatically maintains the pressure until the end of the test
