The LEICI PI-1-01 Iodine Ion Electrode is an Electrochemical sensor for the measurement of Ion concentration. Measurement range is 10-1 to 5 × 10-7 mol/L. The Electrode features an Organic Glass case with a BNC (Q9) connector for Ion concentration detection in laboratory and industrial environments.

Principle
Iodine ion Electrode works based on the principle of potentiometry. Its salt film sensitive film selectively responds to iodine ions in the sample, resulting in potential changes related to iodine Ion concentration. The potential signal is transmitted to the matching pH Meter or ion meter through the BNC interface, and the iodine Ion concentration value is directly displayed after instrument processing.

Steps
1. Connect the Electrode BNC plug correctly with the matching ion meter
2. Follow the instrument instructions to calibrate the operation
3. Electrode sensitive film is partially immersed in the sample solution to be tested
4. Wait for the measurement result to stabilize
5. Clean and store Electrode as required after use
