Overview
AISRY interlayer bonding strength tester (also known as interlayer Peel Strength tester, interlayer bonding strength tester, and internal bonding strength tester) is a special testing instrument for measuring the Z-direction tensile strength (ie, internal bonding strength or interlayer bonding strength) of test paper and Cardboard.

Principle
The instrument uses a combination of double-sided tape-specimen-double-sided tape to form a sandwich structure, which is pressed between a metal flat anvil and an aluminum block. During the test, a pendulum is used to strike the inner surface of the upper part of the aluminum block, causing the aluminum block to flip and destroy the sample in the Z direction. The energy absorbed during the destruction of the sample is calculated by measuring the high position of the MAX of the swing.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample and double-sided tape to form a sandwich structure.
2. Place the sandwich structure between the metal anvil and the aluminum block and press it tightly.
3. Start the instrument and use the pendulum to strike the inner surface of the upper part of the aluminum block.
4. The instrument automatically records the pendulum swing to the MAX high position.
5. Calculate the energy absorbed during the destruction of the sample, that is, the value of the interlayer bonding strength.

• When testing, make sure that the sample is firmly attached to the double-sided tape and the sandwich structure is placed flat.
