Overview
The CC-2508E high and low temperature thermostatic circulator integrates heating and cooling functions. The water bath body is made of all stainless steel, and the outside is insulated by thermal insulation cotton, providing an economical solution for the sample to be placed directly in the water bath for thermostatic testing. The equipment is suitable for sample temperature control, material testing, quality control, analysis and other applications. It uses environmentally friendly natural refrigerants with liquid level protection and over-temperature protection functions.

Principle
The equipment adopts intelligent PID temperature Control mode, monitors the temperature in real time through Pt100 temperature sensor, and cooperates with professional PID TAC control technology, Cascade cascade control technology and temperature difference lock control technology inside and outside the bath to precisely control the temperature of materials inside and outside the bath. The equipment integrates heating and cooling functions, and outputs cooling capacity on demand through proportional cooling control technology. At the same time, it is equipped with a pressure/suction pump to stir the bath liquid in both horizontal and vertical directions to make the temperature distribution more uniform.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (200~ 230VAC/50Hz)
2. Check the liquid level to ensure it is within a safe range
3. Set the required temperature parameters
4. Select the operation mode (Mode 1, Mode 2 or Mode 3)
5. Start the device running
6. Monitor temperature display and operating status
7. Turn off the device according to the program after use
