Principle
The equipment drives the high-speed swirl/spin of the working head (dispersion disc or sand disc) through a high-performance intermediate frequency inverter motor to shear, Impact and rub the material, so as to realize the dispersion, mixing and grinding of the material. Its fully explosion-proof design ensures the safety of operation in flammable and explosive environments, and the intelligent frequency conversion Control system can precisely adjust the Rotation speed to adapt to different process requirements.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate dispersion disc or sand disc according to the material characteristics and install it on the working head of the equipment.
2. Place the material in a suitable container and ensure that the viscosity of the material does not exceed 50000cps, and the Processing capacity is within the range of 0.2-5 L.
3. Adjust the equipment lifting mechanism and place the working head at a suitable depth in the material.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed (speed range 0-3000rpm) through the CPU variable frequency digital display controller.
5. Start the equipment and start the dispersion, grinding or mixing operation.
6. After the operation is completed, turn off the power supply of the equipment, raise the working head, disassemble and clean it.

• This equipment is fully explosion-proof design and is suitable for flammable and explosive materials, but it is still necessary to confirm that all explosion-proof components (motors, electronic control boxes, cables, plugs and sockets) are in good condition and have effective explosion-proof qualifications before use.
The viscosity of the material should not exceed 50000cps, and the processing capacity should be controlled between 0.2-5 L to ensure the normal operation and effect of the equipment.
• When operating, make sure that the working head is immersed in the material, avoid idling, and pay attention to the lifting Travel (230mm) limit.
• When the equipment is running, do not touch the swirl/spin parts, and keep the work area clean to reduce pollution.
