Overview
AISRY ASR-8503 edge/ring compressive strength tester (touch) is a device used to test the mechanical properties of paper products. It can test the ring compressive strength of base paper, the flat compressive strength of Cardboard, the edge compressive strength, and the bonding strength by equipping various fixture accessories, helping paper manufacturers control production costs and improve product mass.
Features
1. The system automatically calculates the ring compression strength and side compression strength, eliminating the need for users to calculate manually, reducing workload and errors.
2. Comes with Encasement stacking test function, can directly set the force and time, and automatically stop after the test is completed.
3. After the test is completed, there is an automatic return function, which automatically judges the crushing force and automatically saves the test data.
4. Provide three adjustable speeds, using a full Chinese LCD display operation interface, and a variety of units to choose from.
5. 20 test results can be recorded and preserved.
Principle
The testing machine applies pressure to the sample through the motor driving the upper and lower pressure plates, and the Sensor detects the change of force value in real time. The system automatically runs according to the preset test mode (such as ring pressure, side pressure, stacking), and automatically stops after reaching the set conditions (such as maximum pressure or time), and calculates and saves the relevant strength data.

Steps
1. Install the corresponding fixture accessories according to the test items (e.g. ring pressure, side pressure).
2. Place the specimen correctly on the fixture or platen.
3. Select the test mode through the touchscreen and set relevant parameters (such as test speed, target force value, time, etc.).
4. Start the test, and the device automatically runs and pressurizes the sample.
5. After the test is completed, the device automatically stops and returns, and displays and saves the test results.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 1, 220V/1.5A, which meets the equipment requirements.
• Before operation, please confirm that the fixture is firmly installed and the sample is placed correctly.
• The range of equipment force value is ≤ 2KN, please do not use it beyond the range.
• Maintain equipment regularly to ensure the accuracy of Sensors and moving parts.
• After the test is completed, record or export the data in time, and the equipment can save the test results up to 20 times.
