The AISRY ASR-8502 automatic fracture strength tester is a professional test equipment that complies with ISO2759 and GB/T1539 standards, suitable for the fracture strength test of various types of Cardboard. The equipment adopts a microcomputer detection control system and digital signal processing technology, and is equipped with a large-screen LCD graphics text display interface and a micro printer to ensure accurate test data, easy operation and detailed test reports.
1. Comply with ISO2759 "Determination of Cardboard Burst Resistance" and GB/T1539 "Determination of Cardboard Burst Resistance" standards. 2. Adopt professional microcomputer detection and control system and digital signal processing technology to ensure accurate test data. 3. Large-screen LCD graphic text display, providing a friendly menu-style man-machine interface for easy and fast operation. 4. Equipped with a high-mass micro printer, it can output complete and detailed test data reports. Measurement range (250~ 5600kPa), high resolution (1kPa), Precision (+/- 0.5% FS). 6. Support paper fracture test customization.
The testing machine drives the hydraulic system through the microcomputer control system, and applies hydraulic pressure under the test film at a constant oil feeding speed (170 +/- 15mL/min). When the tested Cardboard sample is clamped with a force greater than 690Kpa by the fixture, the hydraulic pressure causes the film to bulge until the Cardboard ruptures. The device detects the maximum pressure value at the moment of rupture through the Sensor, and accurately calculates and displays the bursting strength of the Cardboard through digital signal processing technology.
Burst strength test of various types of Cardboard
ISO2759、GB/T1539
1. Turn on the power supply (AC220V +/- 10%, 50Hz) and turn on the device. 2. Set the test parameters through the large-screen LCD menu interface. 3. Place the test Cardboard sample in the test fixture to ensure that the clamping force meets the requirements. 4. Start the test, and the equipment automatically completes the pressurization, testing, and recording process. 5. After the test is completed, print the test data report through the micro printer. 6. Clean up the test area in preparation for the next test.
* Power supply voltage meets the requirements of AC220V +/- 10%, 50Hz. Make sure the equipment is placed on a stable workbench and leave enough room for operation. Check whether the fixture is clean and the clamping force is normal before testing. * Select the appropriate Measurement range according to the test requirements to avoid over-range use. * Regularly maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure test accuracy. Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or modify the internal structure of the equipment. * If there are special requirements for paper fracture test, please contact the manufacturer for customization.
