Overview
Zero drop tester is mainly used to assess the impact of drop in the actual transportation, loading and unloading process, evaluate the impact strength of Encasement during handling and the rationality of Encasement design.
Features
1. Adopt microcomputer imported electrical reasonable design to complete the design of free fall, edges, corners and surfaces.
2. The height display method is touch screen display, and the height shutdown function can be set.
3. The support arm structure is made of 45 #steel, which is welded square.
4. The acceleration device is pneumatic, and the drop method is a combination of electromagnetic and pneumatic.
5. Equipped with upper and lower induction protection devices.
Principle
The tester realizes the free fall of the specimen through a microcomputer control system combined with electromagnetic and pneumatic drives. The drop height can be accurately set and accelerated by a pneumatic device to simulate the falling impact of edges, corners, surfaces and other directions in the process of transportation and loading and unloading of Encasement parts.

Steps
1. Place the test piece on the arm of the testing machine.
2. Set the required drop height through the touch screen.
3. Select the test method (surface, angle, edge).
4. Start the equipment, and the testing machine will automatically complete the falling action.
5. After reaching the set height, the equipment automatically shuts down.
Notice
* The equipment needs to be used with Air Compressor.
* The power requirements are 380V/50Hz.
* Note that the maximum size of the specimen is limited to 1000 * 1000 * 1000mm.
Please confirm that the upper and lower induction protection devices function normally before operation.
* The weight of the equipment is about 800kg, and attention should be paid to load-bearing and safety during installation.
