Overview
The AISRY ASR-8515 double-wing drop tester is used for free drop testing of the face, corner and edge of the Encasement parts. The machine adopts a single-arm double-column structure, is equipped with a digital height display and a decoder for height tracking, and has a small drop height error. It has the functions of automatic reset, electric drop and electric lift, and adopts a hydraulic buffer device to improve the service life, stability and safety of the machine.

Principle
The tester lifts the specimen to a preset height through an electric lifting device, and then releases it through an electric drop device, allowing the specimen to fall freely onto the Impact panel to test its impact performance. The height tracking system ensures that the drop height is accurate, and the hydraulic buffer device absorbs Impact energy.

Steps
1. Place the specimen on the support arm.
2. Set the preset drop height through the control box.
3. Start the electric lifting device and raise the specimen to the set height.
4. Start the electric drop device and release the test piece for dropping test.
5. After the test, the device can be automatically reset.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 1, AC380V, 50Hz, 10A.
• The maximum weight of the test piece shall not exceed 80kg.
• The maximum size of the specimen shall not exceed (L × W × H) 1200 × 800 × 1000mm.
• Please pay attention to safety during operation and avoid approaching the drop area when the machine is running.
• Regularly check all parts of the machine to ensure smooth operation.
