Overview
AISRY ASR-XJJ-11 Pendulum Impact Tester is a testing instrument for measuring the Impact performance of Non-metallic materials such as hard plastics, reinforced nylon, frp, Pottery and porcelain, cast stone, electrical insulation materials, etc. The machine has a simple structure, beautiful appearance, convenient operation and accurate data.
Features
1. Simple structure and beautiful appearance.
2. Easy to operate and accurate data.
Principle
The testing machine releases the pendulum at a set angle (150 °), impacts the sample at a certain impact speed (3.5M/S), and calculates the impact strength of the material according to the energy difference before and after the pendulum Impact.
Applications
Impact performance determination of non-metallic materials such as rigid plastics, reinforced nylon, frp, Pottery and porcelain, cast stone, electrical insulation materials
Standards
ISO180-1992 "Determination of Impact Strength of Plastic-Hard Material Cantilever Beams", GB/T1843-196 "Hard Plastic Suspended Lightning Case", JB/T8761-1998 "Plastic Cantilever Flexible Impact Tester"
Steps
Select the appropriate pendulum energy (2.75J, 5.5J, 11J) according to the sample.
2. Install the sample correctly on the jaws, ensuring that the distance from the blade to the top of the jaws is 22 +/- 0.2mm.
3. Raise the pendulum to a 150 ° test angle and fix it.
4. Release the pendulum to Impact the specimen.
5. Read and record the test data.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is firmly installed before use.
• Select the appropriate pendulum energy according to the test material.
• When installing the sample, make sure that the distance from the blade to the top of the jaw meets the standard of 22 +/- 0.2mm.
• Pay attention to safety during operation to avoid accidental release of the pendulum to hurt people.
• Regularly check whether the blade fillet radius (R = 0.8 +/- 0.2mm) and Impact blade angle (37 ° +/- 1 °) meet the standards.
The volume of the equipment is about 550X400X690mm and the weight is about 50kg.
