Overview
This product is AISRY brand ASR-5602 electric roller testing machine, mainly used for the preparation of adhesive tape Peel Strength, holding Tack and other test specimens. It can adhere adhesive tape samples to standard test substrates at a fixed pressure and speed, flat and uniform.
Features
1. The roller has an accurate load of 2000g +/- 5g.
2. The size of the roller is 84 × 45mm, and the surface is covered with a rubber layer with a Film thickness of about 6mm and a Hardness of Hs80 +/- 5 (Shaw A type).
3. The rolling speed is constant at 300mm/min.

Principle
The testing machine drives a set of specific-size rollers by motor, and rolls the adhesive tape specimen back and forth at a constant speed (300mm/min) and a precise load (2000g +/- 5g). The rubber layer on the surface of the roller ensures that the pressure is evenly distributed, so that the adhesive tape is evenly and tightly adhered to the standard test substrate, and the specimen is prepared for subsequent Peel Strength or Tack holding tests.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (1, AC220V, 50/60Hz).
2. Place the standard test substrate on the work surface.
3. Attach the adhesive tape sample to the starting position of the substrate as required.
4. Start the equipment and the rollers will crush the specimen at a speed of 300mm/min and a load of 2000g.
5. After the rolling is completed, the equipment stops and the prepared sample is taken out.

• Ensure that the sample and substrate are placed flat during operation to ensure uniform rolling effect.
