Overview
This machine is AISRY brand ASR-5604 Tack Tester, which is used for static load test of adhesive tape. The durability of adhesive tape is evaluated by testing the time that the adhesive tape can withstand under a certain adhesive area and load.

Principle
The test plate affixed with the sample is hung vertically on the test stand, and the weight of the specified weight is suspended at the lower end. The ability of the adhesive tape to resist pulling off is characterized by measuring the displacement of the sample sticking off after a certain period of time, or recording the time required for the sample to completely disengage.

Steps
1. Attach the specimen to the test plate.
2. Hang the test plate attached to the sample vertically on the test rack.
3. Hang the weight of the specified weight at the lower end of the test plate.
4. Start the corresponding Timer to start timing.
5. Observe and record the time when the sample is displaced or completely detached.
Notice
• Please make sure that the sample is pasted flat and free of bubbles.
• Hanging weight should be smooth and vertical to avoid Impact.
The test environment should be kept stable during the test.
• Regularly check weight weight and Timer accuracy.
