Overview
The AISRY ASR-5618 mobile phone drop tester is designed to evaluate the impact of accidental drops on the performance of small consumer electronics products. This machine is suitable for mobile phones, PDAs, telephones, electronic dictionaries, CDs, MP3s and other products for original attitude and accelerated drop testing. It has vacuum adsorption, height setting, automatic lifting, impact accuracy and acceleration and speed measurement functions.
Features
1. Use vacuum adsorption to achieve drop test.
2. The drop height can be set, with a range of 300 to 2000mm.
3. Equipped with automatic lifting function.
4. Accurate impact site to ensure test conformity.
5. Equipped with acceleration and speed measurement functions.
6. Provide multi-angle (0 °, 45 °, 90 °) drop devices.
Principle
The testing machine fixes the tested product by vacuum adsorption, and automatically lifts and lowers to the specified position according to the set drop height. After release, the product freely falls to the steel baseplate at a set angle (0 °, 45 ° or 90 °). Sensor measurement of acceleration and velocity during the drop process is used to evaluate the impact of the drop on product performance.
Applications
Reliability testing of small consumer electronics products such as mobile phones, PDAs, telephones, electronic dictionaries, CDs, MP3s, etc
Steps
1. Place the tested product on the adsorption device of the testing machine and fix it.
2. Set the required drop height (300~ 2000mm) and drop angle (0 °, 45 ° or 90 °) through the control system.
3. Start the equipment, and the testing machine automatically lifts the product to the set height.
4. Trigger the release mechanism, and the product freely falls onto the steel baseplate.
5. The device records acceleration and velocity data during the fall.
6. After the test is completed, check the product and analyze the data.
Notice
• Before use, please ensure that the air source pressure is ≥ 0.5Mpa, and the power supply is AC220V 50Hz.
• The test load shall not exceed 2kg.
• Please pay attention to safety during operation and avoid approaching the drop area when the equipment is running.
• Regularly check the gas circuit, circuit and mechanical structure of the equipment to ensure normal operation.
Do not use this equipment under conditions that exceed the specified specifications (e.g. height, load).
