Overview
The AISRY ASR-5025B 360-degree wire rocking tester is a device used to test the flexural performance of Wire and cable. The test method is to take a specimen about 5 meters long, the middle section is deflected on two round wheels of specified diameter, the two ends apply a load and turn on the current, and then move the round wheel at a speed of 0.33 meters per second and a stroke of 1 meter, so that the specimen is bent and stretched back and forth. When the wire is broken or reaches a set number of times, it will automatically stop, so that the specimen can be removed to evaluate its flexural properties.
Features
1. Test stations: six, capable of working simultaneously.
2. Test Angle: 0- +/- 180 °, indicated by scale dial plus indicator pin, manually adjustable.
3. Bending angle display and adjustment: the scale dial is indicated by the indicator needle, and the eccentric shaft is manually adjusted.
4. Test speed: 5-60 times/min, using knob speed regulation, LCD display.
5. Total counter of bending times: 0-999999 times, can be preset, and automatically stop when the set number of times is reached.
6. Bending conduction counter: 0-999999 times, conduction is automatically counted separately, and counting is automatically stopped when one group is disconnected.
7. With hook weight: equipped with 50g, 100g, 200g, 300g, 500g weight each six.
8. Hand tip test fixture: six sets of special fixtures that are non-slip and not easy to damage the sample.
9. Test fixing rod: can be adjusted up and down, used to fix the lower end of the product, so that the test is more in line with the standard.
Principle
The machine flexes the middle section of the cable specimen on two round wheels of specified diameter, applies the specified load and turns on the current at both ends. Then drive the round wheel to reciprocate at a speed of 0.33 m/s and a stroke of 1 m, so that the specimen performs continuous bending and tensile motion under force. By monitoring the conduction state and bending times of the specimen, its flexure resistance performance is evaluated. When the specimen is disconnected or reaches the preset bending times, the equipment automatically stops.

Steps
1. Take a specimen about 5 meters long.
2. Torsion the middle section of the specimen on the two round wheels of the specified diameter.
3. Apply the specified weight at both ends of the test piece.
4. Turn on the current of the specimen.
5. Preset the number of trials on the counter as required.
6. Set up and start the test, and the round wheel starts to move back and forth at the set speed (e.g. 0.33 meters per second) and stroke (1 meter).
7. The equipment runs, and the specimen is bent and stretched reciprocally.
8. When the test piece is disconnected or reaches a preset number of bends, the equipment automatically stops.
9. Remove the specimen and evaluate its flexural properties.
Notice
Please ensure that the power supply of the device is AC220V, 50HZ.
* Before use, please check whether the weight, fixture and moving parts are in good condition and firmly installed.
* When adjusting the test angle and speed, please refer to the scale dial and LCD display, and make sure to adjust manually when the equipment is stationary.
When installing the test piece, a special anti-skid fixture should be used, and the test fixing rod should be adjusted to a suitable height to fix the lower end of the product.
During the test, please pay attention to the status of the conduction counter. If a group is disconnected, the station will stop counting.
* After the preset number of times or the automatic shutdown of the specimen is disconnected, the pickup and evaluation operations of the specimen are carried out.
Do not make any adjustments or touch moving parts while the equipment is running.
* Dimension of equipment is 120 * 600 * 800mm, weight is 100kg, handling and placement should pay attention to safety.
