Overview
AISRY ASR-5618B electric free drop tester is a device suitable for free drop testing of small consumer electronic products and parts. The machine adopts a pneumatic structure and holds the test piece through a special fixture to realize electric control of the drop. The drop height is adjustable and equipped with a height ruler, which can meet a variety of test standards.
Features

Principle
This machine adopts pneumatic structure. The test piece is placed in a special fixture (adjustable stroke) to clamp it firmly. Press the drop button, the cylinder is released, and the test piece will be tested for free fall. The drop height can be adjusted up and down by electric means, and there is a height ruler indicating it.

Steps
1. Place the tested piece in a special fixture.
2. Adjust to the required drop height by electric lifting, and observe the height ruler to confirm;
3. Press the drop button, release the cylinder, and perform a free fall test on the specimen.
Notice
• Please ensure that the power supply is AC220V 50Hz.
• The test load should not exceed 2kg.
The drop height range is 300 to 1500mm, and the minimum detachment height is 300mm.
• Pay attention to the use of a protective box to prevent the specimen from falling out.
• Select the appropriate drop floor according to the test criteria.
