Principle
Driven by a motor, the tester inserts and pulls out the connector with adjustable speed and stroke. The device has a built-in counter, which automatically stops running when the number of actions reaches a preset value to simulate the life of the connector in actual use.

Steps
1. Install the connector under test onto the test fixture.
2. According to the test requirements, set the insertion and unplugging speed, stroke and action delay through the equipment panel.
3. Set the total number of plugs and unplugs to be tested.
4. Start the device and start the automatic plug-in life test.
5. When the test reaches the set number of times, the equipment automatically shuts down and the test is completed.
