Principle
The testing machine drives the ball screw through the servo motor, drives the test head to perform precise displacement movement, and executes the insertion or extraction action of the connector. The built-in force Sensor detects and records the force value change during the process in real time, so as to obtain data such as the insertion force Linear dispersion. The matching automatic centering device can ensure that the connector is aligned during the test to avoid uneven force. If the impedance test system is selected, the contact impedance change of the connector during the insertion and removal process can be monitored synchronously.

Steps
1. Install the connector to be tested on the fixture and use the device's X/Y axis movement function for initial positioning.
2. Set test conditions through the Windows Chinese operation interface, such as test speed, stroke, number of cycles, etc.
3. Start the automatic centering device to accurately align the male and female connectors.
4. Start the test, and the device automatically performs plugging and unplugging or compression/stretching actions.
5. During the test, the system collects and displays data such as force value and displacement Linear dispersion in real time.
6. After the test is completed, the system automatically saves all test data, Linear dispersion charts and reports.
