Overview
AISRY ASR-XJJ-11B Digital Cantilever Impact Tester is an instrument used to detect the impact performance of non-metallic materials such as hard plastics, nylon, hard rubber, electrical insulation materials under dynamic load. It is the testing equipment required by Non-metallic material manufacturers and Quality control departments. It is also an important testing tool for R & D institutions to conduct New material research, with printout function.
Features
1. Adopt semi-automatic control for easy operation and high work efficiency.
2. Equipped with a dedicated LCD screen, it can display instant information.
3. Equipped with printout function.
Principle
The tester measures the energy absorbed by the fracture of the specimen by impacting the standard specimen fixed on the cantilever fixture at a specified impact speed by releasing the pendulum at the pre-lift angle, so as to evaluate the anti-Impact performance of the material. Impact energy, pendulum angle and specimen size are set according to relevant standards.
Applications
Non-metallic material manufacturers, Quality control departments, R & D institutions
Standards
ISO 180-2000 "Determination of Impact Strength of Plastic-Hard Material Cantilever Beams", GB/T 1843-2008 "Hard Plastic Cantilever Beams", JB/T 8761-1998 "Plastic Cantilever Beams" Impact Tester ", ASTM D256-2010" Test Method for Determination of Impact Strength of Plastic IZOD Pendulum "
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC 220V 50Hz).
2. Select and install a suitable pendulum (e.g. 11J or 5.5J) according to the standard.
3. According to the standard requirements, the preparation and measurement of the sample size (such as 80 × 10 × 4mm ³).
4. Install the specimen correctly on the cantilever fixture.
5. Raise the pendulum to a 150 ° angle and lock it.
6. Release the pendulum for impact test.
7. Read the test results such as Impact energy through the LCD screen.
8. If you need to record, you can output the result through the print function.
Notice
* Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz before use.
When installing the specimen, ensure that it meets the standard size requirements and is firmly clamped.
Before releasing the pendulum, make sure there are no people or obstacles around.
Regularly check whether key components such as blade angle and fillet radius meet the specifications.
* Net weight of equipment about 80kg, handling and installation should pay attention to safety.
Test results should be interpreted in accordance with relevant standards.
