Principle
The equipment drives the high-speed swirl/spin of the working head (dispersion disc or sand disc) through a high-performance intermediate frequency inverter motor, and shears, Impacts and frictions the material in a closed barrel, so as to realize the dispersion, mixing and grinding of the material. The CPU frequency conversion Control system can precisely adjust the Rotation speed to adapt to the material requirements of different viscosity and handling capacity.

Steps
1. According to the processing requirements, install the appropriate dispersion disc or sand disc working head.
2. Add the material to be processed into the cartridge (standard 1.5L double-decked cartridge).
3. Set the required Rotation speed (0-3000rpm adjustable) through the CPU frequency conversion digital display Control system.
4. Start the equipment for dispersed, ground or mixed operations.
5. After the operation is completed, turn off the equipment and remove the working head for cleaning.

Before operation, make sure that the working head is properly installed and the material cylinder is closed to prevent material splashing.
* Please use within the equipment capacity according to the material viscosity (up to 50000cp) and Processing capacity (0.2-5 L).
* Equipment Lift Travel is 230mm, please pay attention to space safety when operating.
