The TBJ-G bar Lab Film Applicator is an Automatic Film Applicator developed according to the requirements of the national standard GB/T 9756-2018. It is used to Spreader accurate wet-film on different substrates, and can repeatedly and continuously prepare smooth, flat and flawless test samples. The equipment has been favored by many enterprises, R & D institutions and Universities & colleges to improve film reproducibility through automated Spreaders, solving the problem of coating differences caused by inconsistent speed and pressure of artificial Spreaders.
1. Using bar coating method, accuracy up to +/- 0.001mm, Spreader thickness range 1~ 571.5μm (determined according to bar model). 2. The coating speed can be adjusted infinitely within the range of 5~ 200mm/s, and supports customized rates below 5mm/s. 3. The effective coating area is 400 * 190mm, and the number of Spreader Travel 1~ 400mm can be set arbitrarily, and the size can be customized. 4. Vacuum chuck clamping method, adsorption size 400 * 160mm, pore diameter φ 1.2mm, hole spacing 20 * 20mm, to ensure the stability of the substrate. 5. Touchscreen Control mode, easy to operate, host power supply 220V 50HZ, Dimension 690 * 350 * 420mm, Net weight 72KG. 6. The baseplate is made of aluminum alloy, and can be equipped with Accessories such as leakage tank, base material fixing fixture, and fine-tuning horizontal height support foot device. 7. Support custom functions, such as automatic lame plating device, UV curing device, automatic inking system, air knife drying, remote control, upper infrared heating and double extrusion Spreader.
The Automatic Film Applicator uses the bar coating method to Spreader wet-film on different substrates at precisely controlled Spreader speed and pressure on the basis of Vacuum chuck fixing substrates. The operator sets the Spreader parameters through the Touchscreen, and the device automatically executes the Spreader process to ensure coating conformity and reproducibility, avoiding the difference caused by the change of speed and pressure of the artificial Spreader.

1. Prepare the substrate and place it in the Vacuum chuck area. 2. Set coating speed, Spreader Travel and thickness parameters through Touchscreen. 3. Start the device and automatically execute the Spreader process. 4. After completing the Spreader, remove the sample for inspection or further processing.
• Make sure the power supply of the device is 220V 50HZ before use to avoid voltage mismatch. • Spreader thickness should be determined according to the bar model and should not exceed the 571.5 μm range. • During the Spreader process, make sure the substrate is firmly chucked by the Vacuum to prevent displacement. • Customized functions such as automatic lame plating or UV curing need to be operated according to the instructions. • Regularly check the vacuum pump and Accessories to keep the equipment clean.
