Overview
The trinocular biological Microscope XSP-BM18A adopts an infinity correction optical path system, an integrated design of the base, and a beautiful appearance. Its excellent Optical inspection system and reliable operation structure make the imagery clearer and easier to operate. The Microscope can be equipped with a photographic camera device to process, analyze, save and output images with a magnification of 40X-1000X.
Features
1. Adopt infinite light path design.
2. Adopt the integrated design of the frame, resulting in a beautiful and elegant appearance.
3. Adopt planetary coaxial coarse fretting focusing device for comfortable and stable focusing.
4. Adopt Kohler lighting and liftable Abbe condensers for uniform lighting and good contrast.
5. Two light path outputs, one for observation and one for connection to the camera device.
6, using a double-decked mechanical stage with a scale ruler, coaxial vertical and horizontal adjustment of the handwheel, the operation is more flexible.
Principle
The Microscope is based on an infinity-corrected optical path system that amplifies the imagery of samples through the coordinated work of Optical inspection components such as objective, eyepiece, and condenser. The Kohler illumination system provides uniform, controlled illumination through a liftable Abbe condenser and a variable diaphragm for clear, high-contrast images. The two-way optical path design allows for simultaneous visual observation and image acquisition by external camera devices.
Applications
Observational Study on Biological, Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, Spinning & weaving Fiber and Chemical Microparticles
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the lighting system.
2. Place the sample on the stage and fix it.
3. Focus through the coaxial coarse fretting focusing handwheel until the image is clear.
4, swirl/spin converter to select the appropriate objective.
5. Adjust the condenser height and diaphragm to optimize lighting.
6. Observe through the eyepiece or connect the camera device for image acquisition and analysis.
Notice
* When using a 100X oil mirror, add incense tar between the lens and the specimen.
When focusing, be careful to avoid collisions between the objective lens and the slide, especially for high-power objectives.
* Keep Optical inspection parts clean and use a dedicated wiperfor lens to clean the lens.
Move the stage gently to avoid exceeding the moving range.
* Before replacing tungsten halogen bulbs, make sure the device is powered off and chilled down.
* Equipment should be placed in a smooth, drying, clean environment.
