Principle
The microscope is based on an infinity Optical inspection system for imagery. In the transmission brightfield observation, the white LED Illuminant illuminates the sample, and the ray of light forms a primary image after the condenser and objective lens, and then forms an enlarged real image at the eyepiece for observation through the barrel lens. For fluorescence observation, the high-luminance monochromatic LED excitation light irradiates the sample through the epifluorescence illuminator, and the excited fluorescence is collected by the objective lens and separated by the filter set to form a fluorescence image. The two-way optical path design allows for simultaneous visual observation and image acquisition.
