Overview
The digital camera Microscope (built-in) BM-18LB is an innovation of Microscope. It transmits images to the computer in the form of digital signals by implanting a CMOS Sensor in the optical path of Microscope, and reproduces them on the display. This product makes microscopic observation clearer and more convenient, and can be used for image measurement and analysis through supporting software.
Features
1. Built-in CMOS Sensor for image digitalization transmission and display.
2. The observation head is 360 ° swirl/spin, 30 ° tilt dumpling chain with 1.30 million pixel CMOS digital camera binocular head.
3. Adopt Kohler lighting system, adjustable luminance.
4. Provide a variety of options, such as eyepieces with different magnifications, objective lenses, and higher pixel cameras, to meet different needs.
5. Total magnification covers the 40X to 1000X range.
6. The stage has a wide range of movement and is equipped with a vernier.
Principle
The digital microscope implants a CMOS Sensor in the third eye position by redesigning the optical path of the traditional Microscope. The CMOS Sensor receives the Optical inspection image from the objective lens and converts it into a digital signal. The digital signal is transmitted to the computer through a cable, and after being processed by the computer software, it presents an enlarged and clear digital image on the monitor, thus replacing or assisting the traditional eyepiece observation.
Applications
Microscopic observation, image acquisition, teaching demonstration, scientific research analysis, industrial testing, biomedicine
Steps
1. Connect the Microscope power supply to the computer.
2. Turn on the Microscope Illuminant and adjust the luminance.
3. Place the specimen on the stage and secure it.
4. Focus through the coarse fine-tuning knob until the image is clear.
5. Run the image software on the computer to observe and capture the images transmitted by the Microscope.
6. Software can be used for image measurement, analysis or preservation.
Notice
When using an oil lens (such as a 100X objective), special oil immersion should be added dropwise between the specimen and the objective.
* Adjust Illuminant luminance to avoid excessive brightness to prevent damage to the specimen or Sensor.
Move the stage gently to avoid collisions.
* When cleaning Optical inspection parts, please use special lens paper and detergent.
* Equipment should be placed in a smooth, drying, clean environment.
