Overview
BM-21AWY trinocular transmission fluorescence microscope is a high-quality instrument composed of a biological microscope and an epifluorescence device. It is equipped with five bands G, B, BV, V, U excitation convertible, which can perform routine transmission observation at the same time, and is widely used in biology, immunology, oncology, genetics, materials science and other fields.
Features
1. Configure the five bands G, B, BV, V, and U to excite and convert.
2. Conventional transmission observation can be performed simultaneously.
3. Adopt high-quality UIS ⅱ infinity correction Optical inspection system and fluorescent mirror box.
4. Humanized design, Operating system is convenient, Appearance is novel.
5. Equipped with hinged trinocular observation head, 30 ° tilt, 360 ° swirl/spin.
6. Provide two kinds of Illuminants: transmission illumination (halogen lamp) and epifluorescence illumination (mercury lamp).
Principle
The microscope combines two operating modes: transmission illumination and epifluorescence illumination. In transmission mode, the Illuminant is transmitted from below the sample for routine observation. In fluorescence mode, a high-intensity mercury lamp light source generates specific wavelengths of excitation by exciting color filter groups (G, B, BV, V, U bands), and falls vertically on the sample through the objective lens to excite the fluorescent substances in the sample to emit fluorescence. Fluorescence is observed through the objective lens and blocking color filters.
