Overview
Monocular biological Microscope SM2L is a biological Microscope suitable for primary and secondary school students. It can observe various biological specimens under transmitted light, such as various spores, roots, stem cross-sections, pollen, insect heads, wings, feet, eggs and three routine tests on human body.
Features
1. Suitable for primary and secondary school students.
2. Provides a total magnification range of 64X to 640X.
3. Equipped with a coarse and fine focusing mechanism, the focusing range can reach 8mm.
4. Adopt 15W/220V lighting system.
5. Light weight, easy to carry.
Principle
The Microscope is a monocular biological Microscope, which uses transmission illumination. Illuminant rays of light irradiate the specimen through a condenser and a variable light bar. After the specimen is enlarged by the objective lens, it is further enlarged through the eyepiece, and finally observed by the human eye.
Applications
Biology teaching in primary and secondary schools, biological specimen observation
Steps
1. Place the Microscope smoothly and turn on the power supply.
2. Place the specimen sheet on the stage and clamp it.
3. swirl/spin objective converter, align the low power objective (such as 4X) with the through hole.
4. Adjust the focal length through the coarse fine-tuning handwheel until you see a clear object image.
5. For higher magnification, you can switch to a high-power objective (e.g. 10X or 40X) and use fine-tuning for fine focus.
6. After the observation is completed, turn off the power, remove the specimen, and turn the objective lens away from the light hole.
Notice
When moving the Microscope, hold the mirror holder with both hands and handle it with care.
When switching objectives, be careful to avoid collisions between the objective and the slide.
When using a high-power objective lens (e.g. 40X) for focusing, a fine-tuning handwheel should be used primarily, and the action should be slow to prevent crushing the specimen and damaging the objective.
• Keep Optical inspection parts clean, if there is dust, apply a special wiperfor lens to gently wipe.
• After use, turn off the power and unplug it.
Do not disassemble the Microscope yourself.
