Overview
The Stereo Microscope is a three-dimensional microscope produced by the brand SHANGGUANG, model XTT. It is suitable for research and dissection in zoology, botany, entomology, histology, mineralogy, archaeology, geology and dermatology, as well as Spinning & weaving industrial raw material inspection, electronic industrial assembly, material surface inspection, precision part manufacturing and assembly, Optical inspection component mass inspection, document banknote authenticity judgment and other purposes.
Features
1. Provide stereoscopic visual observation.
Equipped with two types of eyepieces (6.3X and 25X), it offers a variety of total magnification options from 4X to 100X.
3. Long working distance, 100mm, easy to operate.
4. Adopt binocular lens barrel, 45 ° tilt design, in line with ergonomics.
The pupil distance adjustment range is wide (55-75mm), suitable for different users.
6. Equipped with a workbench with a diameter of 95mm.
7. Compact structure and light weight (7kg).
Principle
Stereo microscopes use a dual-path system to view samples from two slightly different angles and pass the images to the left and right eyes of the observer, respectively, to fuse in the brain to form a three-dimensional image with depth and stereoscopic perception. Optical inspection systems typically include large objectives, zoom systems, and eyepieces to achieve magnification and clear stereoscopic observation at different magnifications.
Applications
Zoological research, botanical research, entomological research, histological research, mineralogy research, archaeological research, geological research, dermatological research, Spinning & weaving industrial raw materials and wool fabric inspection, electronic industrial transistor and circuit board assembly, material surface cracking, porosity, corrosion inspection, small precision parts manufacturing and assembly, lens, prism and other transparent objects surface mass and accuracy inspection, document and banknote authenticity judgment
Standards
The data did not mention specific compliance criteria.
Steps
1. Place the microscope on a stable bench.
2. According to the observation requirements, choose the appropriate eyepiece (6.3X or 25X) to install on the binocular barrel.
3. Adjust the pupil distance (55-75mm range) to make the binocular field of vision coincide.
4. Place the sample to be observed in the center of the workbench.
5. Select the desired magnification by swirl/spin zoom handwheel.
6. By lifting the focusing mechanism, the sample image is clear.
7. Conduct observation, inspection, or operation.
Notice
* Place the microscope in a smooth, clean, drying environment to avoid vibration and moisture.
When moving the Microscope, handle it with care to avoid violent collisions.
* Optical inspection components (eyepieces, objective lenses, etc.) if there is dust on the surface, it should be cleaned with a special balloon or soft brush to avoid direct wiping with hands or rough objects.
When adjusting the pupil distance and focal length, the action should be gentle to avoid damage to the mechanical structure due to excessive force.
* After use, please turn off the Illuminant (if any) and adjust the zoom system to a low magnification state.
* When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to cover it with a dust cover and store it in a drying place.
