Overview
PXS-E continuous diploidy microscope is a wide field of view continuous diploidy microscope launched by SHANGGUANG. It has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, wide use, long working distance, clear imagery, wide field of view, high lighting luminance, easy operation, etc. It adopts switching power supply to adapt to the needs of different regions. It is suitable for teaching demonstration, biological anatomy and electronic industry precision parts assembly and inspection. This Microscope adopts high-eye point eyepieces with a working distance of 100mm and a variable magnification ratio of 1:7. It provides transmission and projection lighting systems, and can be equipped with 0.5X and 2.0X additional large objective lenses. PXS-E is a three-eyepiece tube model, which can be equipped with photography, video and digital camera devices.
Features
1. Wide field of view continuous zoom design, clear imagery mass, wide field of view.
2. The ultra-long working distance is 100mm, the focusing range is 43mm, the adjustment range of the vertical rod is 80mm, and the maximum sample height is about 110mm.
3. The zoom ratio is 1:7, providing both transmission and projection lighting systems.
4. High eye point flat field eyepiece (standard 10X/φ 22), optional 16X/φ 15 and 20X/φ 12 flat field eyepiece.
5. Beautiful appearance, easy operation and wide application.
6. Adopt a switching power supply to adapt to the voltage requirements of different regions.
7. Three-eyepiece tube (PXS-E) design, optional photography, video and digital camera devices for image recording.
8. 0.5X and 2.0X additional large objectives can be provided to expand the application range.
Principle
Continuous zoom microscope realizes stepless adjustment of magnification through a set of continuous zoom objective systems. After the ray of light passes through the objective lens and the zoom system, it is divided into two paths by the spectroscopic prism and enters the binocular or trinocular observation system respectively, forming an image with a three-dimensional sense. Transmissive illumination system provides illumination from below the sample, suitable for transparent or translucent samples; projection (catapult) illumination system provides illumination from above the sample, suitable for opaque samples. High-eye point eyepiece design allows the observer to observe at a distance from the eyepiece, improving the comfort of use.
Applications
Teaching demonstration, biological anatomy, electronic industry precision parts assembly, electronic industry precision parts inspection
Standards
No specific compliance criteria are mentioned in the reference.
Steps
1. Place the microscope on a stable bench and connect it to the power supply.
2. According to the observation needs, select and install suitable eyepieces (such as standard 10X high-point flat-field eyepieces) and additional large objective lenses (if required).
3. Place the sample on a Glass workbench measuring 95mm.
4. According to the characteristics of the sample (transparent or opaque), turn on the transmission or projection (drop) lighting system.
5. Through the swirl/spin zoom handwheel, continuously adjust the magnification to the desired observation multiple.
6. Focus through the focusing handwheel to obtain a clear image.
7. If you need to adjust the observation height, you can adjust the pole.
8. If it is a PXS-E trinocular model and a photography device is connected, image shooting or video recording can be performed.
Notice
* Please place the Microscope in a smooth, clean, drying environment.
* Before connecting the power supply, please confirm that the local voltage meets the Microscope power supply adaptation requirements.
* When operating the zoom and focus knob, it should be gentle to avoid excessive force.
Before replacing eyepieces, objectives, or lighting bulbs, please turn off the power.
* When cleaning Optical inspection parts, please use special lens paper and detergent to avoid scratching the lens.
* Do not disassemble the internal Optical inspection and mechanical structure of the Microscope by yourself.
When moving the Microscope, hold the base with both hands and handle it with care.
When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply and cover it with a dust cover.
