Overview
The XTZ-TV continuous zoom microscope is a high-performance opticalin strument produced by SHANGGUANG. It supports binocular observation of fine objects and can display enlarged images synchronously on the monitor. It has the characteristics of high resolution, high definition, strong three-dimensional sense, long working distance, wide field of view and good imagery mass. The instrument has reliable performance, easy operation and beautiful appearance. It can obtain continuous zoom images with fixed file magnification or 0.7X~ 4.5X through simple operation.
Features
1. Support binocular observation and display synchronously with the monitor.
2. With high resolution, high definition and strong three-dimensional sense.
3. Have a long working distance and a wide field of view.
4. good imagery mass.
5. Reliable performance, easy operation and beautiful appearance.
6. Continuous magnification of 0.7X to 4.5X can be performed.
7. Provide large field of view eyepieces (10X/φ 20mm, 15X/φ 17mm, 20X/φ 12mm) optional.
8. Equipped with additional objective lenses (0.5X, 2X) to expand the magnification range.
9. The observation head binocular tube is tilted at a 45 ° angle and can be swirled/spun at 360 °.
10. Built-in ring fluorescent lamp for lighting.
11. Equipped with a display screen, the magnification is approximately 8X.
Principle
The XTZ-TV type continuous zoom microscope uses its objective lens system (zoom range 0.7X-4.5X, zoom ratio 1:6.3) to amplify the object imagery. After the ray of light passes through the objective lens and optional additional objective lens (0.5X or 2X), it enters the binocular observation light path and is observed by the user through the eyepiece (such as 10X, 15X or 20X large field eyepieces). At the same time, the optical path splits the light to transmit the image to the built-in display screen to realize the synchronization of observation and display. By adjusting the zoom handwheel, the objective magnification can be continuously changed to obtain clear stereoscopic images of different magnifications.
Applications
Teaching demonstration, biological anatomy, observation and analysis of public security departments, electronics industry, assembly and calibration of precision parts, various inspections in agriculture
Standards
No specific compliance criteria are mentioned in the reference.
Steps
According to the observation requirements, choose the appropriate eyepiece (e.g. 10X, 15X, or 20X) and additional objective (e.g. 0.5X or 2X).
2. Place the sample on a 100mm diameter workbench.
3. Adjust the pupil distance (range 48 to 78mm) to accommodate the observer's eyes.
4. Swirl/spin zoom handwheel, select the desired magnification (fixed gear or 0.7X~ 4.5X continuous zoom).
5. Focus the sample clearly through the focusing mechanism (range of about 52mm).
6. Turn on the upper lighting ring fluorescent lamp (220V/8W) to provide illumination.
7. Observe through the observation head that can be swirled/spun 360 ° and tilted 45 °, and the images can be viewed synchronously on the display screen.
Notice
Please note that the maximum sample height is approximately 120mm to avoid excessive sample damage or damage to the instrument.
Please adjust carefully during operation to avoid excessive force on mechanical components.
* Optical inspection lenses are kept clean and avoid direct touch by hand.
Please turn off the lighting power after use.
* Please place the instrument in a smooth, drying, clean environment.
