Overview
The Portable Metallurgical Microscopy BJ-X is a field inspection device with vertical illumination Illuminant, suitable for the identification of metal and alloy microstructures when specimens cannot be made. It can be widely used in factories and laboratories for mass identification of castings, raw material inspection and research and analysis of metallographic structures after material treatment.
Features
1. Portable design, easy to use on site.
2. Illuminant with vertical reflection, can be observed without additional sample preparation.
3. Optical inspection and calibration system, clear imagery.
4. Equipped with monocular lens barrel and standard C interface, it is convenient for observation and image acquisition.
5. Provide a variety of eyepiece and objective magnification options (e.g. 10X, 20X, 40X objective) to adapt to different observation needs.
6. The stage is designed for upright coaxial focusing, with X and Y moving platforms for easy operation.
7. The lighting system adopts 6V15W halogen lamp with sufficient luminance.
Principle
The microscope uses reflection vertical light illumination Optical inspection method. The ray of light is emitted from the built-in halogen lamp light source and irradiated to the surface of the measured metal sample through the vertical illumination system. The microstructure of the sample surface reflects rays of light, which are amplified by the objective lens and eyepiece system, and finally form an enlarged image for observation, so as to realize the on-site identification and analysis of the metal metallographic structure.
Applications
Factory site testing, laboratory metallographic analysis, casting mass identification, raw material inspection, material heat treatment after tissue research
Standards
The data did not mention specific compliance criteria.
Steps
1. Place the Microscope on a stable work surface and connect it to the power supply.
2. Turn on the lighting system switch and adjust the Illuminant luminance to appropriate.
3. Place the metal sample to be observed on the stage.
4. Through the swirl/spin objective converter, choose the objective lens with the appropriate magnification (such as 10X, 40X).
5. Use the coarse focus knob to initially focus, and then use the fine focus mechanism to fine focus until the image is clear.
6. If you need to observe different areas, you can adjust the X and Y moving platforms of the stage.
7. Observe through the eyepiece, or connect the camera device through a standard C interface for image acquisition.
Notice
• Please place the Microscope in a smooth and clean environment to avoid vibration.
• Handle with care during operation to avoid impact on Optical inspection components and mechanical components.
• When adjusting the focal length, use the coarse adjustment knob first, and then use the fine adjustment after approaching the focus to avoid the objective lens crushing the sample.
• Do not directly touch the Optical inspection lens (eyepiece, objective lens) with your hands, and use special lens paper when cleaning.
• After use, please turn off the power and wait for the lamp room to chill down and cover the dust cover.
When moving the instrument, please pay attention to its weight (8kg) and handle it carefully.
