Principle
The microscope magnifies sample details through a combination of objective and eye lenses. Kohler illumination systems provide a uniform and bright field of view, and the Abbe condenser can be lifted and lowered to adjust illumination range and contrast. Samples are placed on a double-decked mechanical stage and are precisely focused by coaxial coarse fretting focusing devices.
