XSP-3CA Biological Microscope is a professional opticalin strument produced by SHANGGUANG. It adopts limited distance Optical inspection system and transmitted light illumination. It has a novel shape, professional structure, convenient and safe to use. It can be widely used in institutions, laboratories, agricultural institutes, research institutes and colleges and universities. It is suitable for biology, bacteriology, pathology observation, teaching, professional research, clinical experiments and routine inspections.
1. Optical inspection system with clear imagery. 2. Equipped with monocular lens barrel, easy to observe. 3. Provide 10X and 16X flat field eyepieces with a field of view of 18mm and 11mm, respectively. 4. Configure 4X, 10X, 40X (spring), 100X (spring, oil) color difference objectives to meet different magnification observation needs. 5. The objective lens converter is a four-hole type, which is convenient for quick switching of objectives. 6. The stage is a double-decked moving platform with a size of 120mm * 120mm and a moving range of 70mm * 30mm, providing flexible operation. 7. The focusing system has a fretting grid value of 0.002mm, with fine focusing. 8. The lighting system uses light-field transmission illumination with variable diaphragm, with adjustable luminance. Illuminant is a 6V20W halogen lamp, and the lighting is uniform and stable. 9. Random with blue, yellow, green color filters and cedar oil, complete accessories.
The XSP-3CA Bio-Microscope operates on the principle of Optical inspection amplification. The ray of light emitted by its transmissive illumination system penetrates the specimen under observation and is amplified multiple times by the objective and ocular lens to form an enlarged virtual image for the user to observe. Illumination conditions can be optimized by adjusting the variable aperture and luminance, while a fine focusing mechanism ensures clear images.

The data did not mention specific compliance criteria.
1. Place the microscope on a stable bench and connect it to the power supply. 2. Turn on the lighting switch and adjust the luminance to a suitable level. 3. Place the specimen slide on the stage and clamp it. 4. swirl/spin objective converter, align the low power objective (such as 4X) with the through hole. 5. Raise the stage to approach the objective through the coarse focus knob, and then slowly descend while observing until a blurred image is seen. 6. Use the fine focus knob for fine focus to obtain a clear image. 7. For higher magnification observation, you can switch to a high-magnification objective (e.g. 10X, 40X), and reuse the fine-focus knob to focus. 8. When using a 100X oil lens, add incense tar to the specimen and carefully adjust it until the objective lens comes into contact with the oil droplets for focusing. 9. After the observation is completed, turn off the power, turn the objective lens away from the light hole, drop the object stage, remove the specimen and clean it (the oil lens needs to be cleaned with a special wiperfor lens).
When moving the Microscope, you should hold the mirror arm in one hand, hold the mirror seat in the other, and handle it with care. • Keep the Optical inspection parts clean and avoid touching the lens directly with your hands. If there is any dust, use a special blow ball or soft brush to remove it. • After using the oil lens, you must use the wiperfor lens dipped in a small amount of detergent (such as Xylene) to wipe the cedar oil on the objective lens and specimen in time. When adjusting the focal length, avoid collisions between the objective lens and the specimen slide, especially when using high magnification and oil mirrors. • Before replacing halogen bulbs, make sure the Microscope is powered off and chilled down. • When not in use, it should be covered with a dust cover and stored in a drying, non-corrosive gas environment.
