The biological Microscope amplifies the sample through a combined Optical inspection system of objective (color difference-cancelling objective) and eyepiece (flat field eyepiece). Illuminant rays of light are converged and penetrate the sample through the condenser (Abbe condenser), captured by the objective and formed by the primary magnified real image, which is further enlarged by the eyepiece to form a virtual image for observation.
