Overview
Binocular Bio-Microscope XSP-6C is a traditional model produced by SHANGGUANG, widely recognized for its reliable Stability and excellent cost performance. The Microscope can be widely used in the observation and research of biology, agriculture and animal husbandry, Spinning & weaving fibers, chemical microparticles and other fields.
Features
1. The old "Varnishing" traditional model has stable mass and high cost performance.
2. Adopt planetary coaxial coarse fretting focusing device for comfortable and stable focusing.
3. Adopting a liftable Abbe condenser, the condenser has a large adjustment range and good contrast.
4. Adopt double-decked mechanical stage with scale ruler, adjust handwheel in coaxial vertical and horizontal direction, and operate more conveniently.
Principle
The microscope uses the principle of Optical inspection amplification to amplify the imagery of tiny samples through the combination of objective and ocular lenses. The illumination system provides an Illuminant with adjustable luminance. The rays of light are concentrated by the condenser to illuminate the sample. After the image of the sample is enlarged by the objective lens, it is transmitted to the observer's eye by the binocular observation head.
Applications
Observational Study on Biological, Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, Spinning & weaving Fiber and Chemical Microparticles
Steps
1. Place the sample on the stage and hold it firmly.
2. Turn on the lighting system and adjust the luminance.
3. Select a low magnification objective (e.g. 4X) for the swirl/spin converter.
4. Use the coaxial coarse fretting focusing device for coarse focusing to find the approximate image of the sample.
5. Use fretting to focus finely to obtain a clear image.
6. Switch the objective lens with higher magnification as needed and readjust the focus.
7. Use the stage coaxial handwheel to move the sample and observe different areas.
8. After the observation is completed, turn off the power, rotate the objective lens away from the light hole, and remove the sample.
Notice
When moving the Microscope, you should hold the base and mirror arm with both hands and handle it with care.
When switching objectives, be careful to avoid collisions between the objective and the stage or sample.
• When using a 100X oil mirror, add fragrant tar to the specimen, and clean the mirror oil with special lens paper in time after use.
• When focusing, use the coarse focus knob first, and then use fine-tuning when approaching the focus to avoid crushing the specimen or damaging the objective.
• Keep the Optical inspection parts clean, if there is dust, blow it off with a balloon or wipe it lightly with special lens paper.
• When not in use, put on a dust cover and store it in a drying, non-corrosive gas environment.
